Larry E. Hiebert, MS, CPA |
Larry
received his CPA certificate in 1972. He maintains permits to practice
as a CPA in the states of Kansas and Missouri. Larry attended Wichita
State University where he earned both his undergraduate and graduate
degrees with an emphasis in accounting.
Larry is the
founder of our firm. He has experience from the national accounting
firm level to that of starting and growing our firm from a small
one-man office to the multi-location firm we are today. He has
professional experience in most areas of our profession but
particularly likes tax planning and preparation, business consulting
and auditing.
Larry believes that our primary duty to
any client is to help them find solutions to their current problems and
to take advantage of opportunities as they prevail themselves. He
believes that we are able to do this through tax and business planning
that can optimize profits during various economic climates and avoid
tax pitfalls presented by our tax laws.
Larry grew up
in Hillsboro, Kansas and worked in his parent's clothing store as a
salesman. He believes that is how he developed his ability to
communicate with most people.
Larry is currently involved
in the operation and development of our practice in the Sunrise Beach,
Missouri area. Because of this, Larry and his wife, Sherri (our office
manager), maintain homes in both the Sunrise Beach, Missouri and
Wichita, Kansas areas. They have four "kids" of the canine variety that
accompany them wherever they go, including our offices. Byron, Trixie,
Sprinter, and Vinnie believe it is their job to greet our clients and
make certain that we don't forget to take a break from accounting every
once-in-a-while. |
